1. Acceptance of the Terms

These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern access to and use of the informational website, demo pages, promotional content and, where applicable, the Mediachrome.Radar solution provided by Mediachrome S.r.l.

Use of the platform in production or in a customer environment may be governed by a separate contract, order, proposal, DPA, SLA and technical annexes, which prevail in the event of conflict.

2. General description of the service

Mediachrome.Radar is a B2B media intelligence and real-time monitoring platform designed to help companies, institutions and organizations monitor news, web sources, feeds, planned social channels, competitors, institutions and relevant digital conversations.

The solution may include live dashboards, AI analysis, ranking, sentiment, resonance, alerts, scrolling tickers, digital signage, press briefings, APIs, widgets, archives and connectors to third-party services.

3. Website, demo and illustrative materials

Website content, mockups, sample data, screenshots and demo metrics are provided for illustrative purposes. Demo data is fictitious.

Requesting a demo does not automatically activate the service or create a contractual obligation.

4. Monitored sources, public content and authenticated connectors

Mediachrome.Radar may monitor only publicly available content, authorized sources or content accessible through services for which the customer has a valid subscription, license, account or authorization.

When the customer configures authenticated connectors to external services, databases, social platforms or news providers, the customer confirms that it is entitled to provide credentials or tokens and authorize processing of the content made available by those services.

It is forbidden to use Mediachrome.Radar to bypass paywalls, technical restrictions, terms of use, licenses, API limitations, anti-scraping measures or third-party rights.

5. User and customer obligations

  • Provide correct, updated and relevant information.
  • Use the website and platform for lawful, professional purposes consistent with the service.
  • Do not configure sources in breach of laws, contracts, licenses or third-party rights.
  • Protect credentials, tokens, access codes and shared links.
  • Manage recipients, briefings and outputs in compliance with privacy, copyright, licenses and confidentiality obligations.

6. Outputs, AI, analysis and operational assessments

Outputs generated by Mediachrome.Radar, including summaries, scoring, ranking, sentiment, resonance, alerts and briefings, are informational and decision-support tools. They do not constitute legal, financial, reputational, journalistic, regulatory or professional advice.

The customer remains responsible for checking sources, content, citations, reuse rights, accuracy, completeness and appropriateness of outputs before publication or distribution.

7. Intellectual property

The website, design, Mediachrome.Radar name, layouts, interfaces, flows, code, texts, mockups and Mediachrome materials are owned by Mediachrome or their respective rights holders, unless otherwise stated.

Monitored content remains owned by the respective authors, publishers, platforms or licensors.

8. Availability, integrations and changes

The website and demo environments are provided "as is" and may be modified, updated, suspended or discontinued. Production features, service levels and support are defined in the applicable contracts.

9. Limitations of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mediachrome is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, reputational damage, decisions made by the customer, delays or inaccuracies arising from third-party sources, APIs, providers, public data, incorrect configurations or improper use of the service.

10. Privacy

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy and, for enterprise customers, by the applicable privacy agreements.

11. Governing law, updates and contact

These ToS are governed by Italian law, unless otherwise provided by contract or by mandatory applicable rules. Mediachrome may update the ToS by publishing the new version on this page.
